Cancellation Policy for Registrations:
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 1 June 2009, reservations will be refunded less GBP £50, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Individual and group registration modification policy:
A modification handling fee of GBP £20, - will be charged for every change received after 15 July 2009.
Accommodation cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or email). In case of cancellation up to 15 July 2009 deposits will be refunded less GBP £50, for administrative costs. After this date, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of late cancellations (after 15 July 2009), room cancelled, cancelled nights or no-show, the full stay if the hotel room will be charged.
Accommodation modification policy:
A modification handling fee of GBP £20,- per room will be charged for every change received after 15 July 2009.
